1. General
1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made with SGC Carparks ("SGC Carparks", "we","our" or "us").
1.2 By making a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms andConditions.
1.3 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
1.4 SGC Carparks reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version applicable to your booking shall be the version in force at the time the booking was made.
2. Bookings
2.1 All bookings are subject to availability.
2.2 A booking is only confirmed when full payment has been received and a booking confirmation has been issued.
2.3 Customers are responsible for ensuring all booking details are accurate, including:
- Vehicle registration number
- Arrival date and time
- Return date and time
- Flight details
- Contact information
2.4 SGC Carparks accepts no responsibility for losses, delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.
2.5 Customers must retain their booking confirmation and make it available upon request.
3. Payment
3.1 Full payment is required at the time of booking.
3.2 All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.
3.3 SGC Carparks reserves the right to correct pricing errors and amend prices before a booking is confirmed.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
4.1 Bookings cancelled more than 72 hours before the scheduled arrival date and time are eligible for are fund.
4.2 Bookings cancelled within 72 hours of the scheduled arrival date and time are non-refundable.
4.3 Any refund will be made to the original payment method used when making the booking.
4.4 No refunds will be given for unused parking days where customers return earlier than originally booked.
4.5 No refunds will be issued where the customer fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
5. No Show Policy
5.1 Failure to arrive for a booked parking reservation without cancelling at least 72 hours before the scheduled arrival date and time shall be treated as a No Show.
5.2 No Show bookings are non-refundable.
5.3 The full booking value will be retained by SGC Carparks for No Show bookings.
6. Arrival at the Car Park
6.1 Customers should arrive with sufficient time to park their vehicle and board the shuttle transferservice.
6.2 Customers must follow all instructions issued by SGC Carparks staff.
6.3 SGC Carparks accepts no responsibility for missed flights resulting from:
- Late arrival at the car park
- Traffic congestion
- Road closures
- Security delays
- Airport congestion
- Failure to follow instructions
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
7. Shuttle Transfer Service
7.1 Complimentary shuttle transfers are provided between SGC Carparks and the designated airport terminal.
7.2 Transfer times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
7.3 Transfer times may be affected by:
- Traffic conditions
- Road works
- Airport restrictions
- Adverse weather
- Operational requirements
7.4 SGC Carparks accepts no liability for losses arising from shuttle delays beyond our reasonable control.
7.5 Customers are responsible for allowing adequate time for transfers when planning their journey.
8. Vehicle Requirements
8.1 Customers must ensure their vehicle is:
- Roadworthy
- Properly insured
- Taxed where legally required
- Safe to be driven on public roads
8.2 SGC Carparks reserves the right to refuse vehicles which are unsafe, excessively oversized orotherwise unsuitable for the facility.
8.3 Any additional space requirements may incur additional charges.
9. Vehicle Security and Personal Property
9.1 Vehicles are parked at the owner's risk.
9.2 Customers must remove all valuables and personal belongings from their vehicle before leaving it at the car park.
9.3 SGC Carparks accepts no responsibility for loss of or damage to personal belongings left inside vehicles.
9.4 Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is locked and secured before leaving it.
9.5 Customers should not leave cash, electronics, passports, travel documents or other valuable items in their vehicle.
