Your vehicle remains your responsibility while parked. We provide a secure parking location, but we recommend ensuring your own vehicle insurance is valid during your stay.
Can I cancel my booking?
Cancel up to 72 hours before your booking and get a full refund. After that, the booking is yours. We keep things simple and fair.
How does parking work?
Simply arrive, park your car in your allocated space, lock it, and keep your keys with you. From there, you can make your own way to airport.
What if my flight is delayed?
Your booking covers the period you selected when reserving your space. If your return is delayed, additional parking charges may apply based on the extra time required.
How early should I arrive?
Arrive with enough time to park your vehicle and make your own way to airport. We recommend allowing at least two hours before your flight for a smooth, stress-free journey.
